Leah in the Markers' Tour Diaries in Bejeezus:
"So here we are in Baltimore. There are all sorts of
boats and clock towers and bells ringing. Crazy Town! We
are all very excited to be here and be here early. Hopefully
we will get to eat some decent food and then rock the socks
off of this Maryland town! We've all got sea-salt in our
hair so I'm sure we'll charm the pants off everyone and,
as Pete has suggested numerous times, sell some shit. Wow,
little by little we undress teh residents of Baltimore,
first socks, then pants, we'll have to be clever for shirts
to come off... The End.
"We have just arrived in Ashville. We sent Pete in
ahead to get the 411. Cute town so far. Baltimore was a
very strange but overall fun and learning experience. As
I had hoped socks, pants, and yes even shirts came off as
a result of our rock show. I suppose hats would have been
off to us as well if there had been any. Before the show
me and Pete and Daniel from Astral Blessing walked down
to the waterfront and saw some tall ships and a submarine
painted like a shark."
