There is a kick-ass record store
in Mount Kisco, New York. Run by a genius named Eric McCarthy,
it is the all-time favorite record store of Kreftor and Chosenblum.
In the summer of '99 there was talk of an in-store performance
by the Society of Friends. Kreftor had been in the store almost
every day and Eric had heard about the band. So, on the 18th of
August, the boys sauntered in with their amps, plugged in, and
blew the place out. The rest is history.
